    The Cook & Hold 1000-TH/I dual-compartment oven is perfect for cooking and holding large quantities of food in a limited space. Expand menus and increase production with independent time and temperature control in each compartment. Radiant, precise heat allows for high moisture retention that extends shelf life and enhances flavors.
     
     Product Features:
    • Cook by temperature or removable food probe
    • 200-325 degrees Fahrenheit temperature range
    • 3 wire shelves hold 12 full size or (22) 1/2 size food pans
    • Removable drip tray and drip pan with drain for easy cleaning
    • (4) 5" heavy-duty casters (2 with brakes) for mobility
