Small yet powerful & dynamic table top meat chopper / grinder. Its compact & portable design makes it perfect for home use, or for a community center, caterer, RV, camping, church commissary or avid outdoorsman. It features a die-cast aluminum grinding head, complete with pan, auger, (1) #12 Knife, (3) plates (fine 1/8", medium 3/16" & course 5/16") & (3) food safe plastic stuffing tubes. Don’t be fooled by its compact design: it is powered by a 350 watt, 1/2 horsepower motor. This little work horse has the capacity to process 2 to 3 pounds of meat per minute. The MC5 is designed with both a Forward and a Reverse switch to assist you with your food processing applications. Most important, it is uniquely manufactured with a built-in Overload Protection switch, which helps to ensure extended product life & operator safety.
