Arrived damaged and inseparableTWICE
Very poor packaging even on the replacement order. Both orders arrived severely damaged from shipping. Adequate packaging was not provided. For the replacement order I specifically requested they improve packaging as I knew similar packaging would result in similar results and I needed the product. Improved packaging was not provided. Further I spent HOURS getting the bins separated. The process was actually quite dangerous between the potential of getting cut by the edges of the bins and the bins finally releasing sending the person pulling flying backwards. Ultimately I needed the product when I first ordered it so after the second order I chose to use the ones least damaged. I paid full price for damaged product. Customer service did promptly send the replacement order. However that is useless when it also arrives damaged. This company needs to improve packaging and until they do I would not purchase anything from them.
