Suitable for Commercial Use Only Silikomart 3De molds are trash unless you have a super low freezer minus 70 degrees. You can not unmold anything baked in a 3De mold. They work just fine for frozen items. If however you are baking something it is a different story. An ordinary freezer on a consumer refrigerator can not get cold enough to get baked items hard enough to extract them from the mold. They will break up and there is nothing you can do about it. Ten degrees below zero is simply not cold enough. You need to get down to 70degrees below zero in a super low freezer. When I was working 15 years ago they were about 12000 to start. It doesn't seem likely that many people will have one of them. They don't mind telling you that they are oven safe implying they are suitable for baking witch they are. They just don't mention that you will not be able to get your product out of the mold without destroying it. Stay away from the 3De molds for baking. All the rest work great.
