Simply flour the Brotform and place the kneaded dough in the basket for final rise. Once it has sufficiently risen, turn out the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet to bake. After use, simply tap out any excess flour. Occasionally you can brush out the flour with a dry, soft brush. Made of natural cane, handwoven following a century-old tradition.
For 1/2 lb. loaf or 1/2 to 1 cup flour
Note: After use, simply brush off and hang to dry. For any bits of dough, dry first, then flake off with your fingers. Fold and store with your linens until next time. If necessary, natural linen should be washed by hand in cool fresh water only. Do not machine wash.
