Shun Premier 8" Chef's Knife
This knife is lightweight, agile, and offers an extremely comfortable grip. The thinner blades makes it lighter and less tiring to use. The razor-sharp edge is perfect for slicing, dicing, and chopping fruits, vegetables, and other foods. With its curved belly, the knife can be gently rocked through herbs and spices to produce a very fine mince.
