- Do not store in refrigerator/freezer. Keep in a cool, dry place at all times.
- Caution: As this is a sugar product, it will absorb moisture which will cause the jewel to cloud and turn white (harmless). Therefore, place the jewel on the dessert just before serving. Dry Surfaces are best; fondant, icing..
- This product is made from a sugar substitute, Isomalt.
- The jewels are shipped with a thin coat of vegetable oil to protect the shine and prevent sticking. Sometimes the jewels will be cloudy due to temperature fluctuations during shipping. If this occurs with your purchase, simply spray them with a very light coating of vegetable oil to instantly restore their luster.

Beautiful!
Beautiful crystal clear diamonds. Must be kept unopened until just before use and placed on cake just before serving because any moisture causes them to loose the clarity.
