The Revolation Delta is a state-of-the-art chocolate tempering machine, melting and tempering 3 to 10 pounds of pure chocolate in approximately 1 hour. It maintains perfect temper conditions for hours and hours, and like all of ChocoVision's machinery, is equipped with a removable, dishwasher safe bowl, baffle and a set of three scrapers. The Rev Delta will be ideal for chocolate makers, whether in their home kitchen or a sophisticated laboratory environment.

- Manual mode: Allows non-cocoa-butter-based chocolates (compound) to be melted and maintained at a specific temperature without going through the tempering process.
- Recipe storage: Stores up to 26 different chocolate recipes (melt, temper and delta points). This is for producing multiple varieties of chocolates whose characteristics do not conform to the Delta's default settings.
- Extended temper mode: Allows the chocolate to stay in perfect temper for 18 to 24 hours--compared with the X3210, which keeps the temper for only 1 to 1.5 hours.
