The Hobart 80-quart M802 mixer is capable of performing a huge number of kitchen tasks at both high volume and high speed. Designed for heavy duty commercial applications. With the right attachments, this machine can mix dough, cake batter, pie fillings and whipped cream. The M802 is internally ventilated to provide cooling for the motor. Besides accommodating a standard 80-quart bowl, this mixer goes with a 30-, 40- or 60-quart bowl when used with a bowl adapter. This used model was checked and tested by our mechanics and found to be in perfect working order.
