Heating/Proofing Console: Removable console consisting of a blower,
thermometer, 2-way toggle switch, running lights to indicate heater
(holding) or proofing mode, stainless steel water reservoir, 6’ detachable
cord and plug. 14 watt element controlled by a thermostat for heating
(holding mode). 8 watt and 600 watt elements thermostatically controlled
in proofing mode.

Proof Mode - humidity from 30%-95% temps up to 115°F(46°C)
Heat Mode - normal temps up to 180°F (82°C)
Electrical: 120 volt, 60 cycle, single phase, 15 amp.
INSULATED HEATER PROOFER
Use in higher volume operations with more frequent serving applications
(door openings), the insulated cabinet may be the best choice due to its
faster recovery and greater consistency of temperature. The insulated
cabinets are more energy-efficient and cost effective over the long term.
