Description
Commercial, heavy duty aluminized steel with wire in rim and glazing on surface for easy release of product from pan. Each cavity 3-15/16" top inner diameter, 1-11/16" deep; overall size of pan 17-7/8" x 25-7/8". Liquid volume for each cavity is 7 oz. For batter weight estimate 60-70% of that.
