Exactly what I was looking for
This size is hard to find! There are plenty of small tart pans out there but most are shallower than this, so can't hold much filling. These are EXACTLY what I was looking for, for mini quiches and other small single-serve tarts. Easy release and easy clean-up; I love them. Highly recommended.

Gobel 4" tart pan
Gobel is the finest of these fluted pans! This is getting harder to obtain but this size is great for tarts and/or flan.
