Blade seems dull
I used this lame four times so far. The blade does not seem to be very sharp.

slash like zoro
trying to learn to make sourdough and the book Laurels kitchen says to slash the top like zoro so this is the tool I am using.

Creates a nice slash
This lame cuts smoothly through bread dough. The orange handle is easy to hold.
