Composed of a blade, a handle (with a hard plastic yellow hang-tab piece attached at the top) and an in-between plastic bar connecting blade to handle and fixed to the blade by rivets

I really like this spatula. I tried different of them, but when you'll take this one from Matfer you'll feel the difference! Comfortable to work with.

OK - not great.
For the price I expected a thinner and more effective tool. Stiff at times.
