Vollum Brotform Round Proofing Basket, 11" inner diameter x 4", 3 lb

Simply flour the Brotform and place the kneaded dough in the basket for final rise. Once it has sufficiently risen, turn out the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet to bake. After use, simply tap out any excess flour. Occasionally you can brush out the flour with a dry, soft brush. Made of natural cane, handwoven following a century-old tradition.

For 3 lb. loaf or 4 to 5 cups flour
