Vollum Brotform Rectangular Proofing Basket 12" x 5 1/2" x 3-1/4" H, 2 lb.

Simply flour the Brotform and place the kneaded dough in the basket for final rise. Once it has sufficiently risen, turn out the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet to bake. After use, simply tap out any excess flour. Occasionally you can brush out the flour with a dry, soft brush. Made of natural cane, handwoven following a century-old tradition.

For 2 lb. loaf or 3 to 4 cups flour
