Vollum Brotform Rectangular Proofing Basket 15" x 6" x 3" High, 3 lb.

Simply flour the Brotform and place the kneaded dough in the basket for final rise. Once it has sufficiently risen, turn out the loaf and transfer it onto a baking sheet to bake. After use, simply tap out any excess flour. Occasionally you can brush out the flour with a dry, soft brush. Made of natural cane, handwoven following a century-old tradition.

For 3 lb. loaf or 6 to 7 cups flour
