Pavoni Cookmatic Cylinder Plates
The possibilities of creating perfect preparations with Cookmatic have been multiplied. Four different plates for the realization of always perfect shape pâte à choux: cube, cylinder, round and rectangular éclair. Grooves in relief on the entire perimeter of the shapes allow the vapor to escape, in a regular way. The dough expands during cooking, becoming hollow, ready to be filled.
