Comfort & Sharp all in One The handle is Just simply the most comfortable handle i've ever had with all of my knives. I have a collection of about 20 knives and use each on for other tasks. This one i use the most for vegetavble cutting.

The sharpness holds up for a nice time after sharpenign and also is already shpart right from the start which saves me a lot of time and no hassle of shparning till a while after using.

Awesome Big & Better than Others I've used other brands as well a by far the daxter russel knives have given me the easiest ride and biggest bank for my buck. I say it's quite big so when you think of purchasing these consider the size. But on other hand also think that if you use knife for bigger project or have a lot of slicing to do this will be your best bet.
