Just delicious
Taste like creamy tart but sweet strawberries

My Mom is a HUGE fan
When I first bought these elsewhere I honestly didn't know what to do with them. Since then I've gone to Valrhonas website and learned you can dip strawberries in it. Why didn't I think of that I guess I figured strawberry covered strawberries seemed a little too much Nay... they became my mothers favorite of all the chocolate covered strawberries I've made. Also makes a GREAT ganache
