Non-Traditional use
Used for a SEMIFREDDO recipe with a pan lining for removal. I have not yet baked in it but it worked great for the desert

Good pate mold
This is an excellent mold for pate en croute: solid construction, dark metal for golden crust, and easy to take apart. I wouldn't use it for a terrine, though: I think it would leak. For my purpose (pates en croute), it is great.
