Mondrian Cake I am so excited to now own one of these pans. I did not buy the lid as it was not needed in the Mondrian Cake recipe I was making but I might come back for the lid for future recipes. Cleans very easily.

Perfection Absolutely love this pan. Easy in and easy out. This is very large - (long) - but perfect for the Pullman tea sandwiches that our group will make with them. I am very pleased at the quality and the cleanup of these pans. Thanks for a great product

Wobble 2 Apparently Pullman Pans are prone to not sitting flat, as both of my pans are 'racked' and have an annoying wobble in them.

I don't think asking that a pan should sit flat is too much to ask from a pan manufacturer.
