Description
Pasta strings (spaghetti, fettuccine) can hang to dry (on Eppicotispai's 102). What about pasta pieces (macaroni, garganelli, gnocchi)--or pieces of any food? This rack is made for them. Spread out your prep-stage bites over its nylon net and the water drips through its holes.
- Non-absorbent nylon mesh allows for maximum drying of food and cleaning of nylon

Perfect for the job
We had been using cookie racks to dry pasta and that was fine but the pasta often fell through. These racks are PERFECT and the price here on BakeDeco is the best I have found.

Great - Just as I exptected
Packed well, easy to use and assemble. Needed this for larger projects allows items to go up instead of spreading out on the table for drying. Highly recommend if you don't have a lot of space. Somewhat bulky to store. Ended up having to put it in a closet when not being used.

Pasta drying rack
Used for first time, making double portion of rigatoni. Very easy to set up and place the pasta on as it was precessed through the extruda. Wife and I felt we were in a manufacturing environment - fast, easy,effective. Easy to add another level during production. Just need space to store
