Manual press quickly produces uniform burgers, crabcakes, fishcakes, veggie burgers and more with even thickness. Anodized aluminum body, stainless steel press bowl and ejector. Includes supply of 1000 divider sheets for stacking patties. Model 1405 molds up to 8 oz. into 5” diameter patties. Thickness determined by quantity placed in the press.
