All our divider-rounder plates are made in West Germany to OEM (original equipment manufacturer) specifications. Will not crack easily.
This divider rounder plate comes with 36 hole shapes made to shape a big chunk of dough into small equal 36 pieces of round dough balls ready to process further.
For the semi-auto divider the outcome is the same as with a fully automated divider just that the operator has to pull the handle to make the machine process.

Thin, brittle, and weak
This plate is about 2/3 the thickness of the original, and is made from very brittle plastic. The bottoms of the depressions are almost transparent, and they broke out on the first day of use. I ordered a new plate, and the second one was the same. I sent back the first plate, and they did refund the money, (I was still out $$ on the shipping) but the second plate had the same problem and the bottoms of a couple of the depressions broke out. I am ordering new plates from another source that hopefully will be durable.
