This machine produces potato dumplings (gnocchi) filled with any ingredient you fancy - cheese, vegetables, meat, mushrooms, fish etc.
The GR60 is not an adaptation of any existing machine, but is the result of a project, patented and used only for gnocchi production, filled or plain.
The machine is very simple to use and easily cleaned, because quickly dismantled of all parts in contact with the product. This stainless steel machine is compact and robust, with all plastic parts of up-to-date foodstuff material. The cutting system ensures perfect sealing of the gnocchi which can be regulated for size and dose of filling. All potentially harmful parts of the machine have safety protections in accordance with the law.
