    The chocMELTER chocolate warmer/heater reduces the time and fatigue of standing at a pot of melting chocolate to watch out for overheating. With the chocMELTER, you punch in the target warmth, the digital display reverts to the current temperature, and the change of degrees is displayed as the temperature rises. Once the chocolate reaches the typed-in temperature, the unit clicks and shuts off.

    The manual chocMELTER is an economical alternative to high-end automatic temperers --both in the price of the unit and in the energy used during operation.

    *A steam-pan-like insert that nests in the well of the unit. Into the vat goes the chocolate, as well as the probe, the latter through a hole in the corner of the vat. A lid for the vat is included and, when left on the vat, ensures maximum heat retention.

    The chocMELTER works not only for chocolate but also for other foods with chocolate-like consistencies, as long as their target temperatures fall within the the chocMELTER's 68-to-140 Fahrenheit range.
