The 3D Tarte Ring Bloom Ø180 mm kit is composed of a platinum silicone mold and a TPlus+ 3D ring. The TPlus+ ring allows you to create a shortcrust pastry shell which will be the basis of the final preparation. With the platinum silicone mold it is possible to create an original flower top that adapts perfectly to the dimensions of the 3D ring.
