O'Creme Lattice Pie Top Cutter
Create professional, precise lattice tops for your cakes, pastries, tart, quiches, etc.
Simply lay a piece of sheeted dough on the bottom part, and cut through with the top part.
Detailed instructions:
1. Place the lattice matrix flat onto your work surface with the cutting edges face up.
2. Place the insert (the thinner disk) all of the way down into the mold, aligning the handles with the slots.
3. Lightly flour your work area.
4. Roll out the dough on the cutter.
5. Using a rolling pin, press the dough into the cutter.
6. Remove any cutouts with your fingers as necessary.
7. Freeze for 5 minutes, then lift out the insert and transfer onto your filled pie shell.
8. Tuck the top crust under the edge of the bottom crust.
9. Press together to make a decorative edge.
