Perfect mold for my thanksgiving pumpkin dessert This mold is perfect for my thanksgiving dessert comprising cheesecake mousse and pumpkin spice cake. I glazed it with orange mirror glaze and put it on a bed of chocolate crumble with candied pecans and pepitas and sunflower seeds for extra crunch
