CONNECTING WHITE CHOCOLATE BALLS I USED THIS FOR A SPECIAL GENDER REVEAL CAKE I MADE USING VARIOUS SIZED TEMPERED WHITE CHOCOLATE BALLS IN PINK AND BLUE. IT WORKED PERFECTLY AND I WAS SO RELIEVED AS I LIVE IN DALLAS, TEXAS AND THE TEMPERATURE WAS 100F THE DAY I WAS ASSEMBLING.
