This pan not only has the familiar oblong challah shape but even matches the braided finish you'd otherwise have to make by rolling separate pieces of dough and interweaving them. Challah Silicone Bread pan

Challah silicone pan is essential for gluten-free challah
When you make gluten-free breads, the dough is not thick and possible to braid, unlike wheat dough. These molds work perfectly to give the challah a traditional look.
