Description
The hanging-jewel design of the Kathy lace mold is marked by a 5-petal flower atop a heart. The mold makes it easy and simple to impress the Kathy lace design on your cake.
The ridged edge of the mold cuts into the fondant so it keeps its shape in unmolding.
1-1/5 inch x 2-3/5 inch.
Temperature resistant to 450F, the mold is suited for food mediums as hot as isomalt.
Also use the mold on inedible mediums, any with a claylike texture.
