Description
Kubbe (also spelled kebbe, kebbah, kibbe, kibbeh, kubba, kubbeh and kubbi) is a popular Middle Eastern food. This 2-piece lightweight aluminum kubbe attchment for making that dish is designed expressly for KitchenAid mixers and fits on the KitchenAid Meat Grinder Attachment. The two pieces, when put together, measure about 2" diameter, 1-1/2" high.
Please take heed of the note on the box: WARNING: DO NOT CLEAN IN DISHWASHER.
Also note: this kubbe attachment fits the KitchenAid mixer ONLY IF ITS GRINDER ATTACHMENT IS #5, whose grinder-plate diameter is 2" (versus the #8 plate, whose diameter is 2.375").

Scratches on item
Unfortunately I received my item scratched badly on the top of it where the circle is. Knowing that it made of metal, you wonder how it was treated to reach that situation!!
If I had no plan to leave overseas, I would ask for a refund & return the item but unfortunately I need it & have no time. A picture is available if needed.
