DESCRIPTION
The Flexi-Chef Model 815GTMS is a specialized version of the Nieco Flexi Chef
which incorporates
an electric toaster section with a gas Flexi-Chef broiler ln oven.
Each section (broiler and toaster] is equipped with dual 12" wide conveyor
belts, each with individual timers.
Cooking times and heat environments may be adjusted to automatically prepare a
wide variety of menu items.
Nieco and its distributors work with each customer to tailor the cooking
environments to specific menu needs,
combining the effects of radiant, convection and conduction cooking for maximum
customer satisfaction.
HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
Once the exact cooking time for each menu item has been established and the digital timers set accordingly the operator simply places the product on the appropriate conveyor belt. The conveyor carries the product through the cook zone between the upper and lower gas burners or electric elements where it is uniformly cooked on both sides by a combination of radiant, conduction and convection heat.
