2 1\/8 cups all purpose flour<\/span>
\n1 tbsp baking powder<\/span>
\n1\/2 tsp salt<\/span>
\n3\/4 cup butter (cold, in cubes)<\/span>
\n1 tbsp Herbs de Provence<\/span>
\n1 cup grated cheese<\/span>
\n1\/2 cup + 1 tbsp milk<\/span><\/p>\n

Instructions<\/h2>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t

1. Preheat oven to 176\u00b0C (350\u00b0F).
\n2. Combined flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
\n3. Add cold, cubed butter and incorporate the butter into the flour in a cutting action.
\n4. When butter pieces are the size of peas, add the chopped herbs and grated cheese.
\n5. Add milk and mix just to combine. Do not over mix. Texture of dough should be a touch crumbly.
\n6. Roll out dough with a rolling pin on a Demarle Roul'Pat\u00ae mat to about 3\/4 inch thick.
\n7. Cut circles with a cutter.
\n8. Place them on a Demarle SilPain\u00ae mat. Space evenly. Brush the tops with egg wash using a pastry and baking brush.
