Best Alternative to Greasing Cookie Sheets
I bought 2 of these mats to line my half sheet pans for cookies. The time saved and the fact that I no longer need to grease the sheets with fat to prevent sticking have more than paid for the mats. The cookies brown more evenly for me as well.
