New Dark Mik
Valrhona is my most favored chocolate to bake with. It melts well mixes easily with other ingredients. It is however difficult to find in my area necessitating purchasing on line. I have been waiting for Valrhona to develop this dark milk chocolate. I have not yet used it but I cannot imagine it will be anything less than wonderful as have been all of the other Valrhona chocolates I have used.
