Traulsen UPT7212-LR is a professional product, developed especially for kitchens in busy restaurants. Most components are made from stainless steel, but the interior is made from aluminum. This means that the whole product is resistant to corrosion and damages. The height can be adjusted thanks to 4, adjustable legs. They are 6 inches tall.
