Traulsen TBC13-32 offers hot gas defrost, stainless steel door with cylinder lock, USB port (needed for HACCP Data & Product Updates) and self-closing door. The construction is made from stainless steel, so it is very light but very strong. This material is resistant to corrosion as well. It also has automatic freeze and refrigerator mode, after each cycle.
