Description
The D16 divider is for professional bakery applications and are designed for dividing dough into pieces of equal weight.
-The working height is the same as that of a bakeris work table.
-The controls are closely grouped together so that the operator can reach them all with a minimum of movement.
- A single lever controls all the movements of the head and blades.
Dough can be pressed out better under pressure than in a square divider. Because the block of dough is more regular, division by volume is more precise.Furthermore, it is not necessary to press the dough out by hand in the tank, thus saving time and effort.
The annular jack obviates the need for any mechanical parts for head descent, and a damping device ensures gradual stopping without impact during descent of the head.
The machines owe their robustness and reliability to the careful workrnanship and high quality materials vvith which they are constructed.
The motor can he stopped by pressing a mushroom head pushbutton located with in easy reach of the operator.
