A great size for cookies - but better to use on fondant on a cookie. A bit small for using pressed into dough.

The Color Coded sets come in a handy storage tray so you can keep track of your letters easily. Using a Blade or sticky tape, you can release the letters from the tray. If you need to use the same letter twice, simply measure the gap and apply it individually by hand after. Take your time painting in your letters, it's one of the more enjoyable tasks in cake decorating.
