Good non stick product
Baked a sponge cake in this mold last week. Spray little non stick on mold the first time baking. It was very easy to remove cake and it has even coloring on the finish product. Unfortunately it was very difficult to wash the mold! It took me 5 washing to get the oily residual off the mold. Overall good silicone molding for mini sponge cake.
