Tarte Ring Ø 80 by Silikomart Professional is composed by six rings of 80 mm diameter each in thermoplastic composite crush-proof material suitable for baking and that were developed to make a pie of 70 mm diameter. The rings are non-stick and stainless, allow an homogeneous baking and they own a high thermal stability, realizing a traditionally impeccable pie.

They are perfect
I really love these little tart rings. They work perfectly and my pate sucree releases with no issues every time I use them.

Even baking. Good size for lunchboxes
I bought these to make quiche, savory or sweet tarts for lunchboxes. It is the right size. It bakes evently.
The only negative that I can see is that the holes are a littl hard to clean.
