Rolls nicely but...
It is good to work with and rolls nice and thin with but I cannot stand the strong artificial smell. This artificial odor surrounds the covered cake; its gross. I have no idea why Satin Ice would ruin otherwise good fondant with such a strong chemical smell and taste. Give me Massa Ticino any day. It is delicious and has a mild vanilla fragrance. I had high hopes but I'm disappointed.
