Slide this spatula under your hot omelet or cookie and serve. The RSVP flexible nylon spatula is non-stick, safe in heat up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and gentle to non-stick cookware. The soft sleeve, heat-safe up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit, is made of Santoprene for a firm grip. The sleeve holds tight on the stainless steel handle. All parts of the nylon spatula are dishwasher safe.
The stainless handle is 7-1/2 inch long on all size RSVP FLX-series spatulas.
Large-spatula head size is 3-11/16 inch wide x 5-7/8 inch long.
Overall length of large spatula 13-1/4 inch.
Caution: Both the spatula head and the Santoprene sleeve will melt if left on a heated pan. Never preheat empty non-stick pans or cook in high heat as the temperature will quickly rise above 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
