23 quart bowl unit designed for vertical cutting and mixing: mix, chop, puree, blend, mix and knead doughs.

- 24 Qt. all stainless steel cutter bowl with handle and see-thru lid. Cutter Bowl tilts and is removable for easy cleaning.
- 3 stainless steel smooth edge “S” blade assembly.
