Dont invert
I'm not sure why the instructions are to invert the cookie cutter and place spread dough on top. That just seems to be too much work. I spread the dough and then use the cookie cutter on top of the spread dough. I roll the pin over the cutter once and then I can lift the cut cookies onto the pans for baking.

Fastest way to cut out cookies
Why did it take me 70 years to find a cookie cutter that cut multiple cookies at once? What a terrific time-saver this is. Took a bit of trial and error to get the dough the right temperature so I could lay it on top of the sheet but once I figured that out, making dozens of cookies was a snap. Perfectly sized and cut, all in one motion.
