A little hard to drain
The narrow necks can make dumping out difficult unless you are going for a very thin shell or have thinned your chocolate. You'll have to time it carefully and keep a chopstick handy to clear the way if it wont come out on its own. When manually filling with a bag I can get half the tray done in about 25s which then gives decent results in terms of shell thickness variation from first to last. I do manual filling in two passes - letting the spheres set for several minutes before doing the second half of the tray. I've used these trays twice and both times lost one sphere to cracking when I separated the halves. I also got significant necks on the finished products but that may well be due to my overfilling and subsequent over-application of capping chocolate. Mechanized filling may have better results.

Retired baker
I was happy with the product, however there were no instructions with the product. I was trying to make filled bon bons. Filled with anything, raspberry, choc mousse. I made them but not sure I did it correctly. But Im happy with the mold, I like the sturdy heavy duty plastic. I would recommed this product.

Tricky?
Like it that there are 32 cavities unlike the others that only have 21. Somehow some of the chocolates seep through the sides despite the seemingly tight mold. Also curiously the top shows a protrusion as if to accommodate a lollipop stick. It may look great as Christmas balls decoration. Personally I wished it were flushed so the bonbon come out perfectly round.
