    PME Release-a-Cake is perfect for keeping food, cakes and confectionery items from sticking to bakeware. This anti-stick spray works on all standard and shaped baking tins, cooling slabs, pans and cutters.

    To use, shake well, then hold the can 6 inches from your cake tin and spray a light and even coating of Release-a-Cake to the bottom and sides of the tin. Pour in your batter. Bake, then place a cooling rack over the cake and hold it there while turning the cake over. Remove the cake tin carefully.

    Main ingredient: vegetable oil. Thickener: carnauba wax (E903). Emulsifier: Lecithin (E322). Propellant: propane, butane, isobutane.

    Optimal storage temperature for Release-a-Cake is 59 to 68F (15 to 20C).
